7-day exchange
Unopened products can be exchanged within 7 days with the original invoice.
Faulty on arrival
If something doesn't work when it arrives, tell us within 48 hours and we'll replace it.
Refunds
Card and BNPL refunds go back to the original payment method within 7 working days.
